The theme for the Belli Challenge is Summer. I used "Penny Penguin on the Beach" by Paper Crafters. I colored my image with Copic markers. My designer paper is Black Basics Patterned Paper by Bazzill. My sentiment is "Summer Beach" by Netty's Cards. The frame around the sentiment was created using Classic Circles by Spellbinders. My finishing touches are three red pearls and a computer generated expression.
