Meljen's Design Challenge #156 - Recycle

This week on Meljen's Design Challenge, you need to "Recycle".  That means recycle something and use it on your creation.  I am recycling a card I made for the Itsy Bitsy Teeney Weeny challenge that I never got my card posted.  The challenge was to make a 3 x 3 card or tag.  I used "Sleepy Moon Bear" by Meljen's Design.  I colored him with Copic markers.  My designer paper is "Little Safari" by The Paper Studio.  I used the Classic Circles by Spellbinders PaperArts to create my frame.
