Happy Halloween to you all. Hope you have a safe and fun time out trick or treating!! Here is my creation using "Little Witch Mouse" by Meljen's Design. I colored my image with Copic markers. My designer paper is from Hobby Lobby. The sentiment I got from my sister's craft room many years ago. My border is made with an Edgeabilities and I used Classic and Scalloped Circles by Spellbinders. My finishing touches are blue rhinestone stars.
